Subscription Plans (Business / Enterprise)

Foreman offers two subscription plans designed for ACC account and project administrators. When you create a new organisation, you start with a 14-day free trial on the Business plan — full access, no credit card required.

Note: The trial applies to the organisation, not individual users. If you've been invited to an existing organisation, you join that organisation's current plan or trial — no separate trial is started for you.

How Pricing Works

Foreman's Business plan uses usage-based pricing that scales with your organisation's footprint. Instead of flat tiers, your monthly cost is built from four components:

This way you only pay for what your organisation actually uses. A small team managing one hub pays much less than a large firm running multiple hubs with thousands of managed users.

Plan Comparison

14-Day Free Trial

Every new organisation receives a 14-day Business trial automatically — no credit card, no plan selection. You get full access to every feature so you can evaluate Foreman with your real ACC setup.

The trial belongs to the organisation, so:

• The person who creates the organisation triggers the trial when they finish onboarding
• Anyone invited to the organisation later joins under the same trial — they don't start a new one
• When the trial ends, all members of the organisation are affected together

During the trial:

• Add as many admin seats as you need
• Connect your hub(s) and start managing projects
• Run QA checks, deploy folders, manage members — everything is unlocked

When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue. Your remaining trial days carry over to your paid subscription, so you won't be charged early.

Business Plan

The Business plan is Foreman's standard offering for construction firms managing one or more ACC hubs. It includes every feature, with billing that scales naturally as your hub portfolio and team grow.

When you're ready to subscribe, the billing page auto-detects your current usage:

• Hubs — counted from the ACC accounts you've connected
• Admin seats — counted from your current team membership
• Managed users — pulled from ACC (you can override before checkout)

You can adjust any of these before confirming, and Stripe handles the rest.

Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise plan is designed for organisations running Foreman across a large portfolio with more than 5,000 managed users, multi-hub deployments, or specific compliance requirements. It includes:

• Custom invoicing and payment terms
• Dedicated support and account management
• Tailored SLAs
• Custom onboarding
