Dashboard Overview

Overview

The Foreman dashboard is your central hub for managing Autodesk Construction Cloud projects. After completing the onboarding wizard, you land here every time you sign in. This article walks through the main areas of the interface.

Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar on the left side of the screen provides access to all major sections of Foreman:

• File Browser — Browse and manage files across your ACC projects with a two-panel explorer layout.
• Project Members — View, add, and manage members across your projects.
• Create Project Folders — Use the Project Matrix wizard to deploy standardized folder structures.
• Access Requests — Review and process access requests from team members.
• Scheduled Jobs — View and manage your scheduled tasks such as recurring folder validations.

Administrators will also see an Admin section in the sidebar with links to system settings, user management, and scheduled job administration.

Recent Projects

The main area of the dashboard displays your recently accessed projects. Each project card shows:

• The project name and associated hub
• Last accessed date
• Quick-action buttons to jump directly into the File Browser or Project Members view

Quick Actions

At the top of the dashboard you will find shortcut buttons for common tasks:

1. Browse Files — Open the File Browser for a selected project.
2. Create Folders — Launch the Project Matrix wizard to deploy a folder structure.
3. Manage Members — Jump to the Project Members page.

Notifications

Foreman surfaces important notifications such as pending access requests, completed scheduled jobs, and folder validation results. Check the notification area regularly to stay on top of actions that need your attention.
