Starter is a flat $79/mo for one hub, one admin, and up to 50 managed users. Enterprise is custom-quoted to your scale.

Admin seats are people who administer Foreman itself — running QA, configuring rule sets, deploying folders, managing access. Managed users are everyone in your Autodesk hubs that Foreman touches (e.g. for permissions audit, member management). You typically need far fewer admin seats than managed users.

Yes, on every plan. Sign in with Microsoft 365 or Box, browse SharePoint sites and Box folders inside Foreman, and run your QA against them with the same rule sets, templates, and reports you use on Forma. Push approved files between Forma, SharePoint, and Box in any direction with metadata pre-filled (ACC custom attributes, SharePoint site columns, or Box metadata templates). One caveat: the broader admin layer (permissions, member audit, project deployment, file search, attribute extract/import, Power BI) stays Forma-only today.

Foreman doesn't store your ACC files — content streams through memory for QA extraction and is never cached. The same applies to SharePoint: content streams through Microsoft Graph and is never cached. Configuration, rule sets, templates, and reports you've created can be exported at any time. Your Autodesk hub remains the canonical source of truth, so cancelling Foreman doesn't touch your CDE.
